Syntropic is featured in the top young start-ups in Austria in 2024

The 34th edition of the GEWINN young entrepreneur competition once again highlighted how innovative the domestic start-up scene is. The top-placed start-ups were brought to the fore at the awards ceremony in Vienna’s Albertina.

On the evening of November 4, 2024, Vienna’s Albertina was transformed into a showcase for innovation and visions. For the first time, Austria’s best founders were honored here for their outstanding achievements.

Thanks to main cooperation partner VERBUND, who is supporting the competition, which is highly sought after in the start-up scene, for the second time now, the event was able to be organized in this impressive location.

And so around 150 young entrepreneurs and prominent representatives from business and politics gathered at the renowned art museum to celebrate the top winners of the competition.

Syntropic has been named one of Austria’s top young startups of 2024, reflecting Syntropic’s commitment to driving meaningful impact within Austria’s economic and healthcare ecosystems.

The checks and certificates were presented personally by Federal Minister Martin Kocher (Federal Minister for Labor and Economic Affairs), Julia Aichhorn (Young Industry/Association of Austrian Industries), Elisabeth Zehetner, Managing Director of Oecolution Austria and Bettina Dorfer-Pauschenwein (Young Industry/Austrian Chamber of Commerce). Federal Minister Leonore Gewessler (Federal Minister for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology) was unfortunately unable to attend the awards ceremony due to illness. The top 10 also received a voucher for an advertising page in GEWINN.

After the official part of the evening, which was hosted by GEWINN corporate department head Michaela Schellner and GEWINN editor Fritz Ruhm, the young entrepreneurs in a great mood took the opportunity to network and celebrate at the flying buffet provided by VERBUND.
